Is your goal to reach B2 or C1 level, required to enter a university or a grande école in France ?
Public: students (from 16 years old)
Goal: development of the 4 language competencies: speaking, understanding, writing and reading in French.
Levels: from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1)
Starting dates: Possibility to start each Monday - lessons from September to June.
Pace and training days : 15 hours in class (5×3 hours) + 5 hours in self-learning. Total: 20 hours per week.
Class Vacations: one week during each national school holiday and two weeks during the Christmas school holidays.
Times: *depending on your level: 9:30am to 12:30pm OR 1pm to 4pm
*you will receive a comprehensive placement exam to be completed online upon receiving your registration.
Duration: 6 months or 1 year (10 months) registration
How to register or pre-register:
If you are applying for a student visa: upon receiving your complete registration (form + deposit), you will receive by email a pre-registration letter, required for your visa application. You will then confirm that you have obtained your visa as soon as possible. Please note, issuance of a pre-registration letter does not imply automatic acceptance of your visa by the French authorities.
Note: in the case of a visa application, the deposit of €500 is refundable only in the event of visa refusal. Written proof from your consulate is essential. It is refundable up to a limit of €450 (administrative and bank charges).
Your weekly program :
The course program is designed in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for languages.
Evaluation: you will be assessed very regularly in order to monitor your progress and determine your level change(s). Our French courses prepare you for the DELF/DALF exams and TCF exam.
Complete beginners: new groups opening the first Mondays of September, January, May and/or June and/or July (contact us).
All our courses "General French" prepare students for the DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française): A1, A2, B1, B2; and for the DALF (Diplôme Approfondi en Langue Française): C1, C2.
By request, we can also prepare you for the TCF exam (Test of knowledge of French) or the DCL (Diplôme de compétence en langue).
During each national school holiday in October, February and April, we organize an intensive week of « Préparation DELF/DALF » (please consult our calendar to find out the dates).
Pace and times: 15 hours per week (5×3 hours) from 9:30am to 12:30pm
Levels : B1, B2, C1
This year, we had 100% success in DELF B2 and 90% success in DALF C1! Many of our students then began their studies at a French University.
